How do I reset my license key?
You can reset your license key from the Portal under License Management. Click on the license you want to reset and select "Regenerate Key". Note that the old key will immediately become invalid.
Can I transfer a license to another user?
Yes, license transfers are supported on Pro and Enterprise plans. Go to License Management, select the license, and click "Transfer License". The new user will receive an email to accept the transfer.
What happens when my trial expires?
When your 7-day trial expires, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You can continue using Traffic Orchestrator with limited features, or upgrade to a paid plan anytime to regain full access.
How do I integrate with Stripe?
Our Stripe integration is covered in detail in our Guides. Essentially, you'll set up a webhook to listen for checkout.session.completed events, then use our API to automatically provision licenses for new customers.
Is there an API rate limit?
Yes, rate limits depend on your plan. Free plans are limited to 100 validations/minute, Pro to 1,000/minute, and Enterprise has custom limits. If you need higher limits, reach out to us through the contact page.
